Traditionally, when pouring stone into a triple tray impression, structural integrity is important to mitigate distortion. Because we utilize a high-precision, all-digital process, we neither pour stone nor need excessive structural integrity. Simply ensure all parts are properly captured within the impression. Due to the risk of elastic bounce back from bulky anatomical structures such as tori, we recommend the use of a wing-less tray.
